NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 20, 2018, and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-006184-A001-HC of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Nathan Goncalves, Laura Lynn Goncalves, North Lakes Homeowners Association, Incorporated (Inactive), Lake Heather Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 28th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
