NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 13, 2018, entered in Case No. 08-CA-029385 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for CLMTI 2006-WF1 is the Plaintiff and ANTONIO URENA; MILDRED M URENA AKA MILDRED MARIA TAVAREZ; TOWNHOMES AT FISHHAWK RANCH GARDEN DISTRICT ASSOCIATION, INC; FISHHAWK RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATON, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA ELVIS URENA; UNKNOWN TENANTS #2 NKA AMBARSATO URENA are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 26th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 84 of FISHHAWK RANCH, PHASE 2 PARCEL “W-1”, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 97, Page(s) 27-29, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
