NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 24, 2018, entered in Case No. 15-CA-008819 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO UNION PLANTERS BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Martha L. Wilkerson; The Unknown Spouse of Martha L. Wilkerson; Any and All Unknown Parties claiiming by, through, under and against the herein named defendants who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Incorporated as nominee for Summit Mortgage, a division of Shenandoah Valley National Bank; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 26th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 6, RIVER RUN, UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 13-1 THROUGH 13-3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
