NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 17-CA-008857 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST III, is Plaintiff and LOURDES M. TOLON; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on April 2, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 38, of SPRINGWOOD VILLAGE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 49, Page 75, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
