MERCADO ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC AS NOMINEE FOR LEHMAN BROTHERS BANK , FSB; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE ; CLERK OF THE COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
