NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Summary of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-CA-007123 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and GRISSELL ALFONSO; JUAN R. ALFONSO; BANK OF AMERICA NA; HIDDEN OAKS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY NKA ANDRES CRISTANCHO, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 30th day of May, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 1, OF HIDDEN OAKS - PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
