NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-CA-005884 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein New Penn Financial, LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing is the Plaintiff and Unknown Successor Trustee of the Gerald R. Rose and Santa A. Rose Living Trust June 21, 2004 as amended; Santa A. Rose, Trustee of the Gerald R. Rose and Santa A. Rose Living Trust June 21, 2004 as amended; Unknown Beneficiaries of the Gerald R. Rose and Santa A. Rose Living Trust June 21, 2004 as amended; Santa A. Rose; Sun City Center Community Association, Inc.; Siena at Renaissance Property Owners Association, Inc.; Clublink US Corporation d/b/a Club Renaissance; Renaissance Maintenance Association, Inc.; Florida Housing Finance Corporation are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 28th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
