NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 1, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-002137, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is Plaintiff and JONATHAN P. WATSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JONATHAN P. WATSON; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5TH day of APRIL, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 13, PROGRESS VILLAGE UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than theproperty owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
