Jenkins Trust under Agreement dated March 24, 1977, as amended on May 12, 1980, and as amended and restated in its entirety on June 12, 1984, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, or other parties claiming by through, under, or against any known or unknown person who is known to be dead or is not known to be either dead or alive, claiming under the above named or described trust or have any right, title or interest in and to the lands herein described,

JENKINS TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 24, 1977, AS AMENDED ON MAY 12, 1980, AND AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN ITS ENTIRETY ON JUNE 12, 1984, AND ALL CLAIMANTS, PERSONS OR PARTIES, NATURAL OR CORPORATE, OR WHOSE EXACT LEGAL STATUS IS UNKNOWN, AND THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, OR OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST ANY KNOWN OR UNKNOWN PERSON WHO IS KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR IS NOT KNOWN TO BE EITHER DEAD OR ALIVE, CLAIMING UNDER THE ABOVE NAMED OR DESCRIBED TRUST OR HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN AND TO THE LANDS HEREIN DESCRIBED, AND ALL OTHERS TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title on the following property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 4, Block 9, Pinellas Point Skyview Shores Third Addition, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 54, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida;
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, whose name and address is Jacob I. Reiber, Esquire, 26650 Wesley Chapel Blvd., Suite A, Lutz, Florida 33559, on or before APRIL 6, 2018, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
