NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 29, 2017, and entered in 16-005418-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2007-AR3 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AR3 is the Plaintiff and DAVID C ZENISEK; BETHANNIE L ZENISEK are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 03, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
