BELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARION A. BELL; ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; GE CAPITAL FINANCIAL, INC.; SYNCHRONY BANK, F/K/A GE CAPITAL RETAIL BANK F/K/A GE MONEY BANK F/K/A GE CAPITAL CONSUMER CARD CO., AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO MONOGRAM CREDIT CARD BANK OF GEORGIA are the Defendant(s).
