Defendants.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 31, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-000763-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”), is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF RUTH REIDEL A/K/A RUTH HELEN REIDEL, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, Block 12, WESTMINSTER PLACE, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 59, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
