NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY
GROVE RESORT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
In accordance with Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, the Grove Resort Community Development District (“District”) hereby gives notice of its intention to develop and revise the fees imposed on persons desiring to utilize the District's facilities (“Rental Rates”). The purpose and effect of these rules are to provide for efficient and effective operations of the District's facilities by setting rates and fees to implement the provisions of Section 190.035, Florida Statutes. Specific legal authority for the Rental Rates includes Sections 190.011, 190.012(3), 190.035(2), 190.011(5), 120.54 and 120.81, Florida Statutes. A public hearing will be conducted by the District on Friday, April 20, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., at 14501 Grove Resort Avenue, Winter Garden, Florida 34787.
