NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 20, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-007036-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR HOLDERS OF THE HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-5, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES is Plaintiff and C. YANKI SOKMENSUER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF C. YANKI SOKMENSUER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; NATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO RIVERSIDE BANK OF CENTRAL FLORIDA; are defendants. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK. REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 9th day of April 9, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, (LESS THE NORTH 14.5 FEET) OF BLOCK “CC”, MEDALLION ESTATES SECTION THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “Y”, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
