Lot 5, Block 1606, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 12, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 1A thru 1D, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida. Parcel ID No.: 402212426018.
Lot 1, Block 3211, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 51, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 64A thru 65H, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida. Parcel ID No.: 402211180006.
Notice is hereby given to each of you that an action to quiet title to the above-described property has been filed against you and you are required to serve your written defenses on Plaintiff's attorney, Sandra A. Sutliff, 3440 Conway Blvd., Suite 1-C, Port Charlotte, FL 33952, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Charlotte County, P. O. Box 1687, Punta Gorda, FL 33950, on or before April 12, 2018, or otherwise a default judgment will be entered against you for the relief sought in the Complaint.
THIS NOTICE will be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation published in Charlotte County, Florida.
