NOTICE is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages dated March 9, 2018 in Case No. 17-1128 CC in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which SECTION 23 PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation is plaintiff and JOSEPH MARTINCICH and MARY MARTINCICH are the defendants.
THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT WILL SELL to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on April 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages.
Lot 13, Block 807, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, Section 23, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 2A thru 2-Z-41 of the public records of Charlotte County, Florida.
