NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 28, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-008274 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee For Mastr Asset Backed Securities Trust 2006-wmc2, is the Plaintiff and Ravixay Vongkorad, Hidden Lagoon at Tropical Shores II Homeowners' Association, Inc., Hidden Lagoon at Tropical Shores Homeowners Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Aegis Funding d/b/a Aegis Home Equity, John Doe n/k/a David Souksengphet, Unknown Tenants/Owners, And Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Angelina Angel Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 28th day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
