BIRD”), and all others to whom it may concern,
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title real property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Tract 50, in Section 29, Township 35 South, Range 20 East, POMELLO PARK, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 61, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, less Platted rights-of-way.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on JAMES D. GIBSON, ESQUIRE, the Plaintiff's attorney whose address is GIBSON, KOHL, WOLFF & HRIC, P.L., 1800 Second Street, Suite 717, Sarasota, FL 34236, Primary Email: [email protected] Secondary Email: [email protected] on or before APRIL 19, 2018 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition. The Notice of Action shall be published in the Business Observer for 4 consecutive weeks.
