NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2018, and entered in Case No. 41 2016CA001978AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. HOME INVESTMENT FUND II, LP, is Plaintiff and NATASHA GARVER A/K/A NATASHA KAYE GARVER, are defendants. Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6TH day of APRIL, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, AND THE NORTH 10 FEET OF LOT 11, BLOCK H, BEARS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 324 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
