KARHI A/K/A SHIRLY PHYLLIS KARHI DECEASED; CHRISTINE KARHI; JAMES KARHI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES KARHI; UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSGINEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST KIRK KARHI, DECEASED; SUNTRUST BANK; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; THE LINKS AT PINEBROOK OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
