NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 8, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 2017CA004391AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and BRUCE R. BONCOSKI; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
ANGELINA COLONNESO, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 10th day of April, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT A POINT 212.5 FEET SOUTH OF THE NE CORNER OF THE W 1/2 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST; THENCE WEST 150 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 62.1 FEET, THENCE EAST 150 FEET, THENCE NORTH 62.12 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING. LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
