NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2018, entered in Case No. 2017CA000811AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-HE7, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Nancy Oakley Mills f/k/a Nancy Oakley Mills Greenwood a/k/a Nancy Greenwood a/k/a Nancy O. Mills Mohr; Unknown Spouse of Nancy Oakley Mills f/k/a Nancy Oakley Mills Greenwood a/k/a Nancy Greenwood a/k/a Nancy O. Mills Mohr are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 6th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, OF GILLEY AND PATTEN'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BRADENTOWN, FLORIDA, KNOWN AS EDGEWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE(S) 255, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
