DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-AR7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AR7, is Plaintiff and MARISOL ALVAREZ GONZALEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARISOL ALVAREZ GONZALEZ N/K/A MARIANO ACEVEDO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR SOUTHSTAR FUNDING LLC; SANDY RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF POLK COUNTY, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10TH day of APRIL, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
