NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2018, and entered in 2015 CA 002462 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS AND TRUSTEES OF KENNETH MOULDING, DECEASED; DEBORAH MOULDING A/K/A DEBORAH A. MOULDING A/K/A DEBORAH A. EASTEP A/K/A DEBORAH A MOULDING A/K/A DEBRA MOULDING A/K/A DEBORAH A EASTEP; ROBIN MOULDING; SUNTRUST BANK; KARIE SCIARRA; ATLANTIC CREDIT & FINANCE, INC., AS ASSIGNEE OF HOUSEHOLD BANK are the Defendant(s).
