NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 2, 2018, entered in Case No. 2016-CA-000136, Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II, INC., BEAR STEARNS MORTGAGE FUNDING, TRUST 2007-AR5, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR5 is the Plaintiff, and RICARDO J. AYALA; YANET V. AYALA; CHAPEL PINES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; DEMITRIUS C. KAPLANTZES; ANGELIQUE V. KAPLANTZES; and UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A PAULA MONKS are the Defendants; Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on April 3, 2018, the following described real property, situate and being in Pasco County, Florida to-wit:
