NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2018, entered in Case No. 2014CA003144CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein GSMPS Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-RP2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-RP2, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee successor in-interest to Wachovia Bank National Association, as Trustee is the Plaintiff and Robert Allen Dewitt a/k/a Robert Dewitt; Kerri Ver Lee Dewitt are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, TRACT 1, HILLCREST ACRES, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 585, PAGE 476, THE ABOVE TRACT BEING ALSO DESCRIBED AS TRACT 1, THE NORTH 1010 FEET OF LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK B, OF GULF COST ACRES ADDITION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 145, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1998 GREEN BOAT - MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON VIN #FLFLV70A25449GH21 AND VIN# FLFLV70B25449GH21
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
