NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 01, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2015CA000396CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and ANGELA L. BURCH, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 02 day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40, WIMBLEDON GREENS AT LAKE BERNADETTE, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 28, Page(s) 136-137, Public Records of PASCO County, Florida; said land situate, lying and being in Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
