NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 26, 2018, Paula S. North 89°06'45” West, 120.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; said lands being located within Section 20, Township 26 South, Range 19 East, Pasco County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the Sale, if any, other than the owner of the Property as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the Sale.
