NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of December, 2017, and entered in Case No. 51-2016-CA-001708-CAAX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FM1, is the Plaintiff and THE VILLAGES OF WESLEY CHAPEL HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; ESTHER LYNN CHAPAS A/K/A ESTHER LYNN CHAPAS GARBER F/K/A ESTHER LYNN RAGO; MICHAEL JOSEPH CHAPAS; UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ELIZABETH CHAPAS, A/K/A ELIZABETH M. CHAPAS F/K/A ELIZABETH CASE, DECEASED WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIM AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 16th day of April, 2018, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
