NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2018, entered in Case No. 2016CA003308CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein James B. Nutter & Company is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and all other who may Claim an interest in the Estate of Ruth Leeman, Deceased; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Pointe West Condominium Association, Inc., f/k/a Paradise Pointe West Association, Inc.; Jill Leeman Zona a/k/a Jill L. Zona; Larry John Leeman; Jeffrey Paul Leeman a/k/a Jeffery P. Leeman are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT A, OF BUILDING 130, PARADISE POINTE WEST GROUP NO. 4, A/K/A POINTE WEST GROUP NO. 4, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 19, 20 AND 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN O.R. BOOK 700, PAGES 319-416, AND AMENDMENTS FILED IN O.R. BOOK 708, PAGES 343-353, AND O.R. BOOK 750, PAGES 955-961, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WILL AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND AN INTEREST IN THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS, IF ANY, APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
