NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 18, 2018, and DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2005-HE1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE1, is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH GUCCIARDO A/K/A J GUCCIARDO; LINDA JUNE GUCCIARDO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; HIDDEN LAKES ESTATES, INC.; INDYMAC BANK, FEDERAL BANK, FSB F/K/A INDYMAC BANK FSB; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on April 19, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 439 AND THE EAST 20.00 FEET OF LOT 440 OF HIDDEN LAKE ESTATES, UNIT FOUR, PHASE TWO, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 82 AND 83 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID HIDDEN LAKE ESTATES; THENCE RUN ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID HIDDEN LAKE ESTATES, SOUTH 89° 35' 29” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 210.88 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 07° 34' 14” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 367.96 FEET TO THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SKYMASTER DRIVE; THENCE ALONG THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SAID SKYMASTER DRIVE, A DISTANCE OF 62.49 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF THE LEFT, SAID CURVE HAVING A RADIUS OF 50.00 FEET AND A CHORD OF 58.50 FEET WHICH BEARS NORTH 70° 12' 08” EAST; THENCE NORTH 34° 23' 48” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 30.00 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 439; THENCE ALONG THE BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 439 THE FOLLOWING COURSES AND DISTANCES; SOUTH 47° 25' 58” EAST, 323.31 FEET; SOUTH 00° 23' 48” WEST 375.90 FEET; THENCE ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID HIDDEN LAKE ESTATES, NORTH 89° 35' 29” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 249.12 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

LOT 440, HIDDEN LAKE ESTATES, UNIT FOUR, PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 82 AND 83, LESS THE EAST 20.00 FEET THEREOF AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1586, PAGE 126; ALL BEING OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. (the “Property”).
