NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2018, entered in Case No. 2015CA003084CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein First Financial Bank, National Association is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Gladys Scheidler a/k/a Mary Gladys Scheidler a/k/a M. Gladys Scheidler, Deceased; United States of America Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service; Pointe Pleasant Harbour Condominium Association, Inc.; Timothy Joseph Scheidler a/k/a Timothy J. Scheidler; Joseph Stanley Scheidler a/k/a Joseph S. Scheidler; Stanley Earl Scheidler a/k/a Stanley E. Scheidler; Mary Elizabeth Miller a/k/a M. Beth Miller a/k/a M.B. Miller a/k/a M.E. Miller; Jennifer Mudd Starcher a/k/a Jennifer M. Starcher; Raymond Joseph Scheidler a/k/a Raymond J. Scheidler; Peter Allan Scheidler a/k/a Peter A. Scheidler; Emily Susan Scheidler are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 5th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 206, BUILDING 1, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF POINTE PLEASANT HARBOUR CONDOMINIUMS, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 3 THROUGH 9 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED NOVEMBER 9TH, 1983, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1292, PAGES 46 THROUGH 109 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
