Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 2017 CA 005002 NC on March 7, 2018 in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Apartment 9A, CAMBRIDGE HOUSE STRATHMORE VILLA CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 465, Page 798, and amended in Official Records Book 1357, Pages 48 through 52, and as per Plat thereof Recorded in Condominium Book 1, Page 9 and 10, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with all appurtenance thereto, and an undivided interest in the common elements of said Condominium.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on April 11, 2018. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
