NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 8, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 2015 CA 006443 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-WMC4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC4 is Plaintiff and NORMA MENDIZABAL, DIEGO ANDRE CARDENAS and NATALIA CARDENAS, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, KAREN E. RUSHING, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Sarasota County's On Line Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on April 12, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in SARASOTA County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
