wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and ADOLFO CASTELLANOS; MARIA CASTELLANOS; JOHN SILVA AS TRUSTEE UNDER THAT CERTAIN LAND TRUST DATED THE 10 DAY OF MARCH, 2008, AND REFERRED TO AS THE 2929 W 1001 LAND TRUST, TRUST NUMBER 1004; LOVELY INVESTMENTS CORPORATION; VILLAGE CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 6 day of April, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT N. 1001, BUILDING 2929, OF VILLAGE CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CLERK'S FILE NO. 2005000192444, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
