NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 17-CA-003657 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and KIBBIE W. JONES, JR.; MELISSA J. JONES A/K/A MELISSA JANE JONES; DISCOVER BANK;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 12 day of April, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 120 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK 84, UNIT 18, LEELAND HEIGHTS IN SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, AT PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
