NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-001816, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2005-OP2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OP2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARY MAGO A/K/A MARY LEE MAGO A/K/A MARY L. MAGO; CHRISTOPHER DAN SUNDBERG; are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 6 day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 39 AND 40, BLOCK 4440, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 63, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
