Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 5, 2018, in Case No. 16-CA-001416 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I TRUST 2006-NC5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 NC5, is plaintiff, and Israel Torres a/k/a Israel V. Torres; Isabel Torres a/k/a Isabel Banos; New Century Mortgage Corporation; Clerk of the Circuit Court Lee County, Florida; and State of Florida Department of Revenue are defendants, the office of Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property:
LOTS 30 AND 31, BLOCK 4851, UNIT 71, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 88 THROUGH 107, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2017 S.W. 20th Avenue, Cape Coral, Florida 33991.
The sale will be held on April 9, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, at www.lee.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
