TRUST 2004-HE8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE8, is the Plaintiff, and JERRY LISA and LILLIAN LISA A/K/A LILIANA LISA are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on the 16th day of April, 2018, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statues, by electronic sale, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
