BOYD; GWEN BOYD; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; ISLAND CLUB AT ROCKY POINT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ISLAND CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 04, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
