and commonly known as: 415 Vine Cliff Street, Ruskin, FL 33570; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the HILLSBOROUGH County public auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on 27th day of April, 2018 at 10:00 AM.
