NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2018, and Agreed Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated March 10, 2018, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court, Pat Frank, shall sell the subject property at public sale on the 12th day of April, 2018, at 10 a.m., to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
LOT 25, OF WEST LAKE AND THAT PORTION OF ABUTTING STREET ( LAKE CIRCLE, 20 FEET WIDE ) LOCATED BETWEEN THE NORTHWARD EXTENSION OF THE EASTERLY AND WESTERLY BOUNDARIES OF SAID LOT 25, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
