NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 11, 2018 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-007002 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR7 is Plaintiff and GILBERT TYRRELL, ET. AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7th day of May 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 40, Block 1, STONEGATE, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 57, Page 20, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
