NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 17-CA-003266 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and MARC ASSOCIATIONS, INC., AS TRUSTEE OF THE 3327 SUNSHINE CIRCLE TRUST; JUSTIN R. BROOKS; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 3327 SUNSHINE CIRCLE TRUST; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 N/K/A TOM REYNOLDS; AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 10th day of April, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 19, TOWN 'N COUNTRY PARK, SECTION 9, UNIT NO. 10, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
