NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 17-CA-000128 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE4, Plaintiff, and JAMES BUNKLEY; NELLIE MARIE BUNKLEY; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; CANDICE F. Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 19, Township 27 South, Range 22 East and run North 01 degrees 04 minutes 27 seconds East a distance of 338.04 feet; thence South 83 degrees 33 minutes 17 seconds West 24.20 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence from said Point of Beginning proceed North 08 degrees 14 minutes 43 seconds West 324.80 feet to the South boundary of Lot 16 of MORICZVILLE SUBDIVISION, as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 51 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida; thence South 88 degrees 19 minutes 06 seconds East along the South boundary of Lot 16 of said MORICZVILLE SUBDlVISION to a point which is 299.32 feet West of the center line of State Road #39; thence South 08 degrees 14 minutes 43 seconds East for 268.20 feet; thence North 83 degrees 33 minutes 17 seconds East for 245.48 feet to the West right of way line of State Road #39; thence South 08 degrees 19 minutes 21 seconds East 20.00 feet; thence South 83 degrees 33 minutes 17 seconds West 500.50 feet to the Point of Beginning.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
