NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 8th day of March, 2018, and entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-004192, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and DEBORAH W. YOUNG; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA; WEST MEADOWS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAT FRANK as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 12th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 68, BLOCK 1, WEST MEADOWS PARCEL “6”, PHASE 1 AND PARCEL “11A”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE 59, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
