NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-004572-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is Plaintiff and JOANNE M. NASSIVERA A/K/A JOANNE NASSIVERA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; KENNETH W. KEYS, III; MISTY SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION INC.; DANISH HOLDINGS, LLC; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 5th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

MISTY SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM I, PHASE IV, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECOREDS BOOK 4929, PAGE 337, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5009, PAGE 841, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5018, PAGE 265, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5080, PAGE 771, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5311, PAGE 1141, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6632, PAGE 309, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
