NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 23, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-004510-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER J. WACHTEL A/K/A CHRISTOPHER JAN WACHTEL, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF RICHARD F. WACHTEL A/K/A RICHARD FRANCIS WACHTEL, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Park Unit No. 215, Building No. 16 TOWN APARTMENTS, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, page(s) 69, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2771, page 96, et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
