NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 304-B, TORTUGAS DE MAR CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Tortugas De Mar Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 3958, Pages 1-74, and amendments thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 13, Pages 8-11, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2500 Gulf Boulevard, #304B, Belleair Beach, Florida, 33786.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 28, 2018.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
