YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, MARINER'S LIGHT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 1C, as shown on Condominium Plat of MARINER'S LIGHT CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 85, Pages 58-68, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed July 12, 1985, in Official Records Book 6032, Pages 1-14, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a apart thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. Together with any and all riparian rights appertaining thereto. With the following street address: 16332 Gulf Boulevard, #1C, Redington Beach, Florida, 33708.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Daniel J. Greenberg, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 4/16/18, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
